We hope you love your new items but we understand sometimes you may not be happy with your purchase. Don't worry..you have 14 days to return your items (with tags still attached, unwashed and unworn) and your order form back to us here at Adela.

** Please be aware we don't supply you with a returns label and you must cover your own cost ** We advise you to send it back via a tracked service as we can't be held responsible for any lost parcels. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving your parcel. If any items are damaged or make up stained these will be unfit for a refund and we will contact you regarding your order.
CLICK & COLLECT (IN STORE)
We offer FREE Click & Collect here at Adela which is ready to collect within 1 hour of ordering. Please be aware this is still EXCHANGE ONLY. If you're unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days to exchange in store or be issued with a credit note (which is valid for 6 months).
14 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY (IN STORE ONLY)
In store at Adela it is exchange only. If you're not happy with your purchase you have 14 days to bring your unworn items back into store for an exchange. You must present a valid receipt and all tags must be on each garment. We do have changing rooms available in store for you to try on before you buy.

Due to hygiene reasons all jewellery and tights are non-returnable
